Ethiopia Yirgacheffe
Tastes like: Lemon, Peach & Raspberry
This light roasted washed coffee is as close to a picturesque perfect African coffee as you can get. Grown in the high altitudes of Yirgacheffe this is often referred to as the birthplace of coffee dating back to the tailend of the 7th century. This aged and seasoned soil has developed and matured over the multiple years of growth which partnered with the higher altitude slows and enhances the natural zest and flora found in all African coffee. The Yirgacheffe delivers a complex and detailed filter that you can deconstruct individual flavours with every sip while also achieving a bright and balanced espresso.

Had to look for an alterative to Booth’s Yirgacheffe that was no longer in stock and found this. Perfect match. Fine example of this type of coffee and great value. Very distinctive and fresh-tasting.
