The story of Brazil Fazenda Três Meninas is a beautiful partnership between the deep coffee tradition of Brazil and progressive environmental ideals.
This family run farm spreads over 54 hectares and they are truly blessed to have the Bagagem River flowing through the farm. It’s the great respect and gratitude of their surroundings that has driven the family to invest heavily into sustainable agriculture to ensure that not only are they doing what’s best for growing some amazing coffee but also doing what’s best for the surroundings themselves. It’s the high level of care and innovation that has led to Tres Meninas being used as a model farm to demonstrate the benefits of sustainable farming.
The respect and care shown to their farm truly comes alive in the rich fruit and wooden undertones pairing beautifully with the dark sugar flavours the roast of the bean produces.

The product itself is fine; well packaged and the beans appear well roasted giving a consistent flavour throughout. I just felt the flavour lacks the depth of some of it’s regional counterparts such as Peru and Guatemala
