Returns & Cancellations


All orders are bespoke, roasted to order and tailor packaged for your order. Unfortunately, due to this we cannot accept returns of coffee due to change of mind. However, please read further to understand our cancellation policy.


An order can be cancelled as long it has not been dispatched or prepared. We recommend both e-mailing and calling in to ensure we cancel your order before it has been processed. For subscription orders, you can cancel anytime providing us with just 1 cycle notice of your subscription frequency.
